Senior Circle is a membership program for adults age 50 and better. Senior Circle encourages a healthy and active lifestyle for older adults by providing programs that inspire continued learning, wellness, health and volunteering coupled with a host of social activities.

For just $15 a year, members gain access to health education, travel and entertainment activities, exercise programs, local business bargains and discounts on prescriptions, vision care and personal emergency response systems.

In-hospital HealthPERKS for Senior Circle members include:

• FREE parking
• FREE private room upgrade (subject to availability)
• FREE meal voucher for a spouse or loved one while you're an inpatient (and members always receive a cafeteria discount)
• FREE gift upon admission
• FREE notary public and copying services
• Cafeteria discounts

Members also receive a free subscription to Inside Circle, a national quarterly magazine that focuses on health issues related to older adults, as well as a local chapter publication, Circle News. Through programs designed especially for seniors, issues such as safe driving, exercise and cardiac health among others are addressed by experienced health educators. Be sure to check the calendar for events that may interest you.

Evergreen Adult Day Program
Evergreen at Springfield Residence offers safe, stimulating and compassionate day care for the physically or cognitively challenged older person. Our staff of health care professionals provides a variety of recreational activities including music, crafts, gardening, exercise, discussion group and local excursions to enhance your loved one's health and well-being. Springfield Residence
In addition to our senior programs, Chestnut Hill Health System extends the continuum of care to include an assisted living community that blends personal service with supportive health care programs. Springfield Residence offers a variety of living options to a diverse population of older adults.
